The New York Times is reporting that Iran is prepared to start production at another uranium enrichment site. All of this takes place as Iran threatens to shut down the strait of Hormuz, choking off a major oil supply route.

According to news reports today, the North's new leader Kim Jong Un "was being groomed as early as 2009 to succeed Kim Jong Il.g Il.
